Bavaria Towers
Challenge
The Bavaria Towers is an absolute prestige project which will enrich Munich´s skyline with its modern and innovative architecture. Our customer loanardi GmbH & Co. KG has been awarded for company catering in two of those extraordinary towers. To provide people with a lot more than just a lunch is the vision of a renowned operator of 28 company catering locations in Southern Germany. Therefore, high demands were placed at all service providers. This implies a maximum of quality and professionalism in all disciplines in order to meet these demands in the two towers, on a total of three floors, with a surface area of 1,200 m² and over 460 seats.

Realization
The result is a gastronomy concept which, in addition to its high functionality and effectiveness, convinces by a high-quality and individual feel-good factor. On the one hand, this is due to the selection of high-quality materials in combination with a special design language and the consideration of the feeling of space made possible by the property. The design should not be subordinated to the functionality and demanded exceptional attention to detail in the construction and implementation planning. Many curved elements over large areas had to be processed in order to elaborate material combinations. The coordination of a large number of external trades in the area of general contracting was also supervised, taken responsibility for and carried out within the construction schedule throughout the entire construction period.
Highlights
Four food counters as the heart of the gastronomy area have hardly any edges or straight surfaces and exert a great fascination through the organic design language and the special combination of materials. Depending on your taste, different seating areas allow guests to choose the desired atmosphere for their lunch experience. Lively and communicative surfaces alternate with quieter, more intimate seating niches. This experience is supported by different style elements. A mixture of designer furniture and lighting, as well as benches and tables individually adapted to the rooms, create the desired flexibility. An intensive work preparation with millimetre-precise planning and execution was an important basis for this successful gastronomic experience.
THE CHALLENGE FOR US IN THE BAVARIA TOWERS PROJECT WAS TO REALIZE A FUTURE-ORIENTED CAMPUS CONCEPT WITH A VIEW TO NEW WORKING ENVIRONMENTS AND DESIGN. ON THIS SCALE, YOU NEED PARTNERS ON YOUR SIDE WHO IMPLEMENT OUR IDEAS WITH A HIGH DEGREE OF PROFESSIONALISM AND FLEXIBILITY AND WORK IN A SOLUTION-ORIENTED MANNER. THE RESULT SHOWS THAT TOGETHER WE HAVE SUCCEEDED IN CREATING AN EXPERIENCE FOR THE GUEST THAT CLEARLY STANDS OUT IN THE DETAILS AND THUS SETS ANOTHER MILESTONE IN COMPANY CATERING.
