Transa
Challenge
With the new location at Basel’s main station (SBB), Transa has created a retail environment that goes far beyond the classic store – a project to which we had the opportunity to contribute in certain areas of its implementation.
Across approximately 2,300 m² and four floors, a space has been developed where outdoor is not only presented, but truly experienced. The challenge was to realize a retail area that clearly structures different product worlds while simultaneously creating room for inspiration and experience, right in the heart of Basel and within a highly frequented environment.

Realization
As part of our involvement in the project, we were responsible for the production and installation of selected shelving and presentation elements, including gondola shelving, wall shelving, and additional modules for product presentation.
These elements integrate seamlessly into the overall store concept and support a clear structuring of the different product worlds. At the same time, they help combine functionality, orientation, and high-quality product presentation within the store, ensuring the customer’s specific requirements are implemented in the best possible way.
Highlights
A particular highlight of the new store is Switzerland’s first in-store treetop walkway, which brings the outdoor theme indoors in a striking and immersive way.
Our role within the project focused primarily on the professional realization and installation of the presentation systems, as well as on close coordination with the various project stakeholders. Through reliable coordination, precise execution, and transparent communication with the customer, we were able to help ensure that the different elements of the store came together smoothly.
