LAMY Flagship-Store

Challenge
LAMY, known for its high quality writing instruments, wanted to create a space in which the LAMY brand can really be experienced - by perfectly setting the stage for the corporate philosophy. The brand, hitherto represented in upscale department stores and in the specialised retail trade, would like to even more intensively support the lifestyle claims of its own products in its new flagship store in Heidelberg, the home of LAMY, and set new trends, e.g. with annually changing special colours.

Quite deliberately, the decision was made in planning the flagship store for a two-part concept. Whereas the front section of the retail space available invites you to try and discover the LAMY product world, the rear area focusses on the brand experience. Large-format images hang on the walls, which convey impressions of the production and the company and thus underline the company's high quality and design claim.

Highlights
That which is the core of the LAMY brand, is of course, on the one hand, reflected in the interior, which is designed to be puristic and straightforward - in line with the design of the writing instruments. On the other hand, the large-format images in the store also convey insights into the working processes and the atmosphere in the plant.
