Kunde: Apotheke im Scheck-In
Business: pharmacy
Location: Achern, Germany
The premises originally used in a shopping centre by a shoe shop were to be converted into a contemporary and functional pharmacy. Also of importance, however, was a personal touch to create trust intimating high-level advisory competence for the customer.
Besides an individualistic sense of design, the new concept included redefinition of the lighting. A mix of spotlights, light panels and accentuated coved lighting in the ceiling was employed.
As this project was a complete reconstruction, all activities - from the flooring installer, plasterer and painter through to the installer, finishing with the electrician - had to be coordinated in parallel.
High flexibility in the presentation of the individual product areas, discrete consulting areas, quiet zones and an attractive, friendly atmosphere round off the experience to perfection.
The warm, friendly design for the product presentation. Light accentuation with the interplay of direct and indirect light sources. Relaxed opportunities for consultation by providing discrete separate areas. Individual focal points for product highlights and seasonally attractive products.
