Challenge

With the help of a shop-in-shop system, the Weber-Stephen brand was to further expand its market leadership in the barbecue sector and consolidate it for the future. The requirement was to develop a system that could be used in the DIY sector for garden centres and outdoor departments in areas of 10 to 100 square metres. In addition, to present as wide an assortment as possible in a customer-oriented way on the smallest possible area.
